That staff be directed to engage GHD in preparing a Biodigester Full Decommissioning and Site Rehabilitation Plan, and, That the BioGRID Board recommend to the Councils of the Townships of Georgian Bluffs and Chatsworth that $60,000.00 be allocated from the 2024 Operating Surplus for the completion by GHD of a Biodigester Full Decommissioning and Site Rehabilitation Plan; and That the BioGRID Board recommend to the Councils of the Townships of Georgian Bluffs and Chatsworth that $60,000 be allocated from the Future Capital Reserve for the completion by GHD of a Biodigester Full Decommissioning and Site Rehabilitation Plan; and That staff be directed to bring before the BioGRID Board on July 7, 2025, a Biodigester Full Decommissioning and Site Rehabilitation Plan so that this can be shared with the Councils of Georgian Bluffs and Chatsworth to inform future budgets.
