Council Meeting

That the order of business be amended to consider report CAO2025-028 - Pay Equity and Market Check Results immediately following the delegation by Gallagher Benefit Services; and That an item be added under Committee Reports concerning a request for extension of the Council Remuneration Committee Report deadline; and That the agenda be approved as amended.

That the minutes contained herein be adopted.

That the final Compensation and Pay Equity Review Findings report from Gallagher Benefit Services Group be received for information.

That report CAO2025-028, Pay Equity and Market Check Results, be received; and That Council support the findings of the market check, including remuneration at the 60th percentile; and That the amended salary band and any applicable adjustments be implemented on October 6, 2025.

That Council of the Township of Georgian Bluffs adopt the Consent Agenda for information, as circulated, less items 9.1.2, 9.3.3, 9.3.5, 9.3.7, 9.3.10, 9.3.8, and 9.3.11.

That staff be directed to author a letter of support for the Southwestern Ontario Isotope Coalition in the manner specified in the correspondence.

That staff be directed to forward all resolutions to the Inter Township Joint Board of Management for review and comment.

That staff be directed to issue a letter of support to the Township of Glengarry, on behalf of Council, concerning the request to amend O. Reg. 391/21 for inclusion of currently ineligible sources.

That staff be directed to bring back a report with additional information on the proposal, outlining impacts to the Township of Georgian Bluffs.

That the 2026-2030 Council Remuneration Committee report and presentation deadline of October 31, 2025, be extended to November 30, 2025.

That all information reports contained herein be received.

That By-law 2025-060, being a By-law to enact a housekeeping by-law and repeal inactive by-laws, be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation, and engrossed in the By-law Book.

That By-law 2025-061, being a By-law to amend By-Law 2024- 067 - Council Committee Appointments, be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation, and engrossed in the By-law Book.

That staff be directed to bring a report to council regarding drainage concerns at The Hollows condominium units in Cobble Beach for information.

That staff be directed to bring a report to council regarding the current status and history of Big Bay Estates for council information.

That By-law No. 2025-062, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council on October 1, 2025, be read a first, second and third time, finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation and engrossed in the By-law Book.

That the meeting be adjourned at 5:54 p.m.
