That council direct staff to begin the public procurement process via Canoe procurement services or tender, to obtain pricing on a tractor with the minimum specifications of 105 PTO horsepower, 6000kg tractor and weights combined, loader lifting capacity of 3000lbs and 3 point hitch lifting capacity of 4000lbs, And, to obtain pricing on a Kronos Extendo 610 Boom Mulcher, an expandable Snow Pusher, a Dual Auger Side Discharge Snow Blower and a Rotary Sweeper.; and That council direct staff to retain tractor V251 and its associated mower and snow blower until which time they are no longer financially viable to maintain.
