Application Z-07-21 is recommended for deferral to August 16, 2023, meeting of Council, to allow comments from the appropriate agencies can be received and addressed.

That report PL.2023.30 be received for information.

That Council of the Township of Georgian Bluffs adopt the Consent Agenda for information, as circulated; and That all actions contained therein are hereby approved.

That Councillor Tobin Day, Councillor Rick Winters, Councillor Isaac Shouldice, and Mayor Sue Carleton be authorized to attend and be eligible for compensation in accordance with the Council Remuneration Policy.

That the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on July 5, 2023, be adopted, including recommendations COW2023-066 to COW2023-073.

That By-law 2023-036, being a By-law to authorize an amending Quadripartite Tiered Emergency Response Agreement with the County of Grey, Municipality of Meaford and Inter- Township Fire Department Joint Board of Management, be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation, and engrossed in the By-law Book.

That By-law 2023-037, being a By-law to authorize an amending Tripartite Tiered Emergency Response Agreement with the County of Grey and the Town of South Bruce Peninsula, be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation, and engrossed in the By-law Book.

That By-law 2023-044, being a By-law to reduce the speed limit on Concession 17 and Lindenwood Road to 60 km/hr be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation, and engrossed in the By-law Book.

That the job description and posting for the Chief Administrative Officer be approved; and That staff are hereby directed to advertise for the position immediately.

That Council direct staff to bring back report regarding drainage in Church Sideroad and Balmy Beach Area.

That resolution COW2022-022 as approved at the April 6, 2023, Council meeting be opened for reconsideration; and That staff be directed to bring back a report regarding garbage collection options for Block 75, Cobble Beach.

That By-law No. 2023-045, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council on July 12, 2023, be read a first, second and third time, finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation and engrossed in the By-law Book.
