That the agenda be approved as amended.

That the minutes of the Council meeting held on June 15, 2022, be adopted.

That the minutes of the Special Council meetings held on June 21 and June 22, 2022, be adopted.

That the regular meeting of Council be recessed to hold public hearings for: 1. Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z-09-22 and B11-22 for Keith Kirk 2. Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z-10-22 and B13-22 for Smith Corp Realty Inc. 3. Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z-11-22 and B14-22 for Smith Corp Realty Inc.

That Report PL.2022.36 be received for information.

That Report PL.2022.37 be received for information.

That Report PL.2022.38 be received for information.

That the Consent Agenda be received for information, as circulated. That all actions contained therein are hereby approved.

That the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on July 6, 2022, be adopted, including recommendations COW2022-44 to COW2022-048.

That Committee of the Whole move into closed session at 5:50 p.m. with the CAO and Clerk to discuss: 13.1 A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

Whereas, Council has given consideration to the written comments submitted by the agencies in the decision on proposed Zoning By-law Amendment Application Z-07-22 for Jim and Deborah Stewart, for property located at 318837 Grey Rd. 1; and Whereas Council has considered oral submissions made at the Public Meeting; Therefore be it resolved that Council of the Township of Georgian Bluffs is satisfied that the proposed amendment is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement 2020 and other governing regulations; and That By-law 2022-044 be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation, and engrossed in the By-law Book.

That By-law 2022-043, being a By-law to to authorize a Site Plan Amendment Agreement with Reid’s Heritage Homes Inc., for the development of the Grove, which Site Plan Agreement was authorized in accordance with By-Law No. 12-2010, be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation, and engrossed in the By-law Book.

That By-law 2022-042, being a By-law to establish Committee of Adjustment procedures and repeal By-law 19-2011, be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation, and engrossed in the By-law Book.

That By-law No. 2022-045, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council on July 13, 2022, be read a first, second and third time, finally passed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed with the Seal of the Corporation and engrossed in the By-law Book.

That the meeting be adjourned at 5:50 p.m.
