That the Joint Board of Management for the BioGRID move into closed session at 9:06 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the Township of Georgian Bluffs with the CAO/Acting Deputy Clerk, Acting Director of Corporate Services/Treasurer, and CAO/Clerk of the Township of Chatsworth remaining in the room to discuss: 12.1 a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations

That individual Council meetings be scheduled on May 3rd with the information being summarized to both Councils; and That another Joint Bio Board meeting be held at 9:00 a.m. on May 4th; and That a potential joint Council meeting be scheduled for May 15th with a presentation by the components to the Joint Board starting at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon.
