That Council direct staff to issue a Request for Proposal for consulting support for developing a new Garbage Collection RFP to be issued, and awarded in 2024 for future budget consideration, and, That the costs associated with developing an RFP be funding from the Working Capital Reserve, and, That staff are directed to undertake a community engagement process around priorities for future garbage collection in the Township.
